British born Angel B found music as an escape from a young age, stealing her father’s radio to listen to
the top 40 in her family garage, she developed a love for all genres. From pop in the 80’s to raving in the
90’s all the way through the noughties listening to commercial garage, drum n Bass and RnB. Angel B
dabbled on point blank fm a pirate radio station in the UK learning how to DJ mixing vinyl .
After moving to Kurdistan in 2010 she founded not one but two woman’s groups, which Noor
interviewed her about in the September of 2012 on the ‘Noor in the morning Show ‘ from that moment
their friendship was formed and Angel B joined The Breakfast Club.
Angel B shaped and creatively directed the Show segments over the years with Sunday shout outs,
Monday Madness, Challenge Tuesdays, Orange Wednesday and Free Thursdays. Today’s show has seen
some additions such as Washi of the Day, Celeb Mish Mash, Monday motivation, The Game along with a
daily dose of crazy. You can also catch Angel B hosting her own show the Ten o’clock take over Sunday
to Thursday.
She has also produced and coordinated The Babylon Ice Bucket challenge, Happy – Erbil, a remake of
the Pharrell Williams classic Happy, The Babylon Big Clean up teaming up with Kurdish pop star Dashni
Morad addressing The regions environmental issues.
Since joining Babylon Media she has had the opportunity to present the Kurdish film festival awards as
well as Judge the Miss Kurdistan 2016 Beauty pageant.

Angel B joined Babylon FM in 2013 and co-hosted the morning show until 2017.
