It was a great year in music, with a big variety of songs that came out in 2013. So much has happened over the past twelve months, it’s hard to even remember every song we fell in love with. There were the epic hits we couldn’t escape like Robin Thicke’s “Blurred Lines”, the street anthems that blasted out of passing cars such as A$AP Rocky’s “Problems”, the booty shakers like “Azonto” by Fuse ODG.
Like every year, new artists like Imagine Dragons showed and proved, big stars shined even brighter than they had before, and some veterans like Eminem found yet another way to impress us.
We have five songs from our local artists on our list. The most played song on Babylon FM in 2013 was “Blurred Lines” with 542 times. The top song voted by fans was Dashni Morad’s “Power Of Love”, while the top song voted by Babylon FM’s staff was the British producer Naughty Boy with “La La La.”
